The linear guide carriage incorporates four lubrication ports positioned on each side and end, simplifying maintenance while ensuring optimal roller and way lubrication. Built-in microvalves prevent backflow during operation, guaranteeing consistent lubrication even in various orientations.

Additionally, protective gaskets seal the carriage against contaminants, and optional wipers enhance protection for challenging environments. This design ensures long-term stability, reduced downtime, and dependable performance in industrial settings.
