Is Matt Moulson the next ex-Sabre? The winger did not take line rushes at Buffalo's morning skate on Monday. Typically, that wouldn't be a big deal, but the NHL trade deadline is on Wednesday, rumors are flying and that would net them future a sets in return. Moulson was not traded on Monday, but a deal remains likely. Moulson, 30, has 17 goals and 19 a sists this season and has already been traded once, in Barry Bonds Jersey the deal that sent Thomas Vanek to the New York Islanders. It's starting to look like Moulson is the first of the two to move a second time. He's a productive goal-scorer who meshed well with John Tavares, and he's one of the few impact wingers available. Other rumors and reports from Monday: Ryan Kesler won't waive his no-trade clause if the Vancouver Canucks try to deal the center to the Columbus Blue Jackets, . History le son here: Kesler played a season at Ohio State, where he admits he "wasn't much of a student." The Province report also chronicled Kesler's hate-hate relationship with Blue Jackets forward R.J. Umberger, a former Buckeyes teammate. Neither one seems like a clear-cut reasons for saying no, however. More likely reason: The Pittsburgh Penguins, Philadelphia Flyers and Detroit Red Wings reportedly are in the lead group for Kesler. Would the Ottawa Senators trade Jason Spezza? Seems like they're not opposed. A deal isn't imminent, but Ottawa is exploring the market on Jason Spezza, who has a NTC. He's obviously still an effective enough player, but his po se sion numbers have trended downward, which isn't a great sign, and he'd still land a pretty impre sive package for the Senators, who are outside the playoff picture at the moment. Sens GM Bryan Murray, for his part, that he was shopping Spezza: "The more I say about it, the more its going to be played over and over the next couple days, so Ill just say that we have not talked, at this point in time, about Jason Spezza. Ryan Callahan has lowered his contract demands, according to multiple reports. He's now looking for about $6.5 million annually for six seasons, and the Rangers are at $6 million, .
