1. Bed and Slant Design

2. Spindle and Chuck

Various cutting tools, such as turning, drilling, and threading tools, can be mounted on the turret to perform multiple machining processes without manual intervention. The precise movement of the turret ensures high accuracy and repeatability.

4. Control System and Drive Mechanism

The control system includes the CNC interface, programmable logic controller (PLC), and software that direct all machine operations. The drive mechanism, including motors and ball screws, enables precise movement of the carriage, turret, and tailstock. Together, these components allow for automated, accurate, and repeatable machining, making slant-bed CNC lathes highly versatile for industrial applications.
