1. Mold Base

2. Core and Cavity Inserts

3. Ejector System

A properly designed ejector system ensures efficient production and prevents deformation of the bumper during removal.

4. Cooling System

The cooling system regulates the temperature of the mold during the injection process. It usually consists of channels or pipes through which coolant flows, helping the plastic solidify evenly and quickly. Effective cooling improves cycle time, maintains dimensional accuracy, and enhances the surface finish of the bumper.
