But after Mark Andrews signed his new deal midway through last season, we've felt the writing was on the wall for the young tight end -- the franchise won't be paying two tight ends top money. Because the Ravens spent a lot of money on re-signing Andrews. They aren't going to want him to be a second fiddle, are they? Where that leaves Likely is on the outer, and no doubt there will be a team that will want him as their No. 1 tight end, but that sure isn't Baltimore.
