This offseason has been a rather indifferent one for Keon Coleman, after a turbulent Year 2. With the media bashing from his owner now in the rearview mirror, Coleman, who struggled with off-field things, was benched for games in 2025; it is C.J. Miles Jersey a new year for Keon. Still, some think he is on borrowed time in Buffalo, which puts a big emphasis on his 2026 season being a good one. But while some might think that Coleman is on the outer in Buffalo, general manager Brandon Beane has made it clear that the young receiver is in the team's plans. "Listen, (Coleman) has to go do it, but I think we feel confident that the maturity level is heading where it needs to," Beane said via The Athletic's . "Again, he's got to go do it. We believe in the skill set, and that's part of what your culture is. We all grow at different times; none of us were a made product at 21, 22. Do you wish you had to go through that with him? No, you don't. "But you hope for us, and for him, he looks back and says, 'That was the best thing that happened to me.' That's what you hope. And we're putting all our eggs in his basket to come back for year three and be a part of this group, however that is." We saw what happened last season; he mi sed games because of it. Now, the Bills, who are under the guidance of Joe Brady, need Coleman to show up in a big way. Now, I'm not talking about a 1,200-yard season, but bringing consistency to his game both on and off the field. Stats-wise, I'm sure a year of 600+ yards and a handful of touchdowns would be well received. But Buffalo wants to see Keon take the next step in his development, both profe sionally and personally.
